Do you take custom orders?
At this time, we do not offer custom or made-to-order pieces. All items available in our shop are one-of-a-kind and ready to ship. If there is a particular style that you like, email cfavourjewelry@gmail.com and when a piece that we think you will like becomes available, we will email you as it is ready.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you're not completely satisfied Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Reach out with any questions, we are flexible and want to make sure you love the pieces as much as we do!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. For international requests, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once your item ships.
Can I shop in person?
Yes! You can find Charlie's work at Main Street Studios, located in Camp Verde, Arizona.
Please note: The in-person selection may be different from what’s available online.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
At this time, we are not accepting new wholesale clients. While Charlie does have a few long-standing wholesale partners, his focus is currently on limited-edition pieces and direct-to-customer sales. Thank you for your interest and understanding!
